Founded in 2017, the University of Toronto 021 Entrepreneurs Group Alumni Foundation is an alumni organization associated with the University of Toronto. It assembles a community of accomplished members with outstanding international educational backgrounds. The foundation's management team is comprised of alumni with a wealth of experience and expertise in the global investment landscape, originating from well-known institutions in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, and law firms, both within their home country and overseas.

The mission of the University of Toronto 021 Entrepreneurs Group Alumni Foundation at the is to collaborate with labs and professors at global universities, driving the transformation and commercialization of cutting-edge technological advancements. The foundation invests across various stages, including early-stage venture capital, private equity, public company investments, and mergers and acquisitions. Its investment and incubation scope encompasses hard tech projects at universities worldwide, including but not limited to fields like biomedicine, new materials, renewable energy, artificial intelligence, and innovative information technologies. Through financial investments, post-investment management, network resources, and industry connections, the foundation is committed to supporting university entrepreneurs in their growth and contributing to sustainable development.

Previous investment cases have included a platelet-targeting large-molecule innovative drug, AIGC automated design service provider, and digital medical diagnostics, among others.
